Join volunteers for this first workday to prep the garden area. We will be removing weeds, plants and preparing the area for a new design. When finished, the garden, located next to student services, will have a walking path and benches filled with soothing native Florida greenery. It will serve as a place for students to sit with a teacher or advisor, perhaps to talk about a problem and find ways to de-stress. Volunteers are welcome to join us, please bring your garden tools, gloves etc. Funds for this garden are generously provided by Ken Ward, Ward-Mitchell Civil Trial Attorneys.
